The Duke HCF-2 is a versatile Hot/Cold/Freeze Drop-In Food Well Unit designed for efficient food service operations. Measuring 34 inches in length, it accommodates two 12" x 20" individual pans, making it ideal for a variety of food items. The unit features a durable 300 series stainless steel top rim and 5" deep stainless steel interior liners, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Its robust steel exterior housing provides added durability, while individual wired remote digital controls allow for precise temperature management for both hot and cold operations. The air-cooled condensing unit ensures optimal performance, and the individual drains are conveniently manifolded to a valve for easy drainage. The unit comes with a 10" cord and plug for straightforward installation. Certified by UL, cULus, and NSF #4 & 7, the Duke HCF-2 meets high standards for safety and sanitation in food service environments.
