Description
The Eagle Group CLUHP-4-NG is a powerful countertop gas hotplate designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a compact 24" width, it is equipped with two 25,000 BTU star burners and two 25,000 BTU step-up star burners, delivering a total output of 100,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The heavy-duty cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and durability, while the 45° angled manual controls ensure easy access and operation.
The unit includes a full-size polished stainless steel drip pan for easy cleanup and an aluminized steel base for added strength. Its bullnosed edge enhances safety and usability, and the adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet allow for stable installation on various surfaces. This hotplate is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
