It features two insulated wells, each accommodating 12" x 20" pans, with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The top is constructed from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The open-base frame and apron on the operator side are also made from 304 stainless steel, providing strength and stability.
