It features three insulated wells, each accommodating 12" x 20" pans, with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The top is made from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance, while the open-base frame and apron on the operator side are also crafted from 304 stainless steel for added durability. The front panel is finished in a striking holly berry red laminate (Wilsonart D307-60), enhancing its aesthetic appeal. Mobility is facilitated by five-inch poly casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. With a powerful 3600 watts and a 120v/60/1-ph electrical requirement, this unit operates at 30.0 amps and comes with a 6-foot cord and NEMA 5-50P plug.
