The Eagle Group DCS4-HCFU-B is a versatile mobile hot and cold dual operation food table designed for efficient food service. Measuring 64"W x 30"D x 34"H, it features four top openings for easy access to food items. The unit is pre-wired with a hot/cold selector switch, complete with necessary thermostatic controls and a pilot light for optimal temperature management.
Constructed with a durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel top, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The welded stainless steel 1-1/2" square tubular open base includes an apron on the operator side for added support. The front panel is laminated in a striking holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) on a galvanized subpanel, providing an attractive appearance.
This food table is equipped with self-contained refrigeration powered by a 1/4 HP condensing unit, delivering 3000 watts of performance. It operates on a 120/208v/60/1-ph electrical system, drawing 7.5 amps for cold operation and 14.4 amps for hot operation. Mobility is enhanced with 5" poly swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA L14-30P plug and meets UL and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
