The Eagle Group DCS4-HFU-C-3 Director's Choice® Mobile Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service in various settings. This electric serving counter operates on a 3-phase system and measures 64"W x 30"D x 34"H, making it ideal for both wet and dry operation. It features four insulated wells, each accommodating a 12" x 20" pan, with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The top is constructed from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The open-base frame and apron on the operator side are also made from 304 stainless steel, providing strength and stability. The front panel is finished in a striking holly berry red laminate (Wilsonart D307-60), adding a touch of style. Mobility is enhanced with five-inch poly casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. This unit is UL and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
