Description
The Eagle Group DCS5-CFURN is a self-contained refrigerated cold pan unit designed for efficient food service. Measuring 78"W x 30"D x 34"H, it features a NSF -7 rating, ensuring optimal temperature control for food safety. The unit accommodates five 12"x 20" pans with a 3" recess and includes a 3/4" drain and valve for easy maintenance.
Constructed from durable 16/304 stainless steel, the top provides a robust surface for food presentation. The welded 1-1/2" square tubular open base includes an apron on the operator side for added convenience. The laminated front panel in holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) adds a touch of style.
Mobility is enhanced with five 5" poly casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, drawing 10.7 amps with a 1/2 HP compressor. It comes equipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, meeting NSF and UL standards for safety and performance.
