The Eagle Group HCUELSN-RC3.00 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This Panco® model features an extended undercounter design, equipped with five sets of wire universal slides spaced 3 inches on center, allowing for versatile food placement. The digital temperature control with an LCD readout ensures precise temperature management, while the full 270° open swing door with a polycarbonate window provides easy access and visibility of contents. Constructed from non-insulated aluminum, this cabinet includes a bottom-mount heater for efficient heat distribution. It is supported by three-inch polymer swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
