The Eagle Group HT2-NG Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with its natural gas operation. This unit features an open base design and measures 33"W, equipped with two 12" x 20" dry wells for optimal food storage and serving. Each well includes burner controls housed in a recessed panel, along with an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for precise temperature management. The durable construction includes a 22/430 stainless steel top and body, complemented by an 8"D polyethylene cutting board for added convenience. The galvanized undershelf provides additional storage space, while the 1-5/8" diameter galvanized tubular legs ensure stability. Adjustable plastic feet allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. The unit operates at 7,000 BTU and includes a gas regulator. For optimal performance, it must be used with Eagle Group Spillage Pans #302027 or #304141. NSF and cULus certified for safety and quality assurance.
