The unit includes two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management.
A master toggle switch with an indicator light ensures easy operation, while the 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area. The open base design allows for easy access and storage, supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
