The Eagle Group HT2OB-240 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a 33" wide stainless steel top made from 22-gauge 430 stainless steel, it includes two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel design enhances usability, while the master toggle switch with an indicator light ensures easy operation. The body is constructed from robust 20-gauge 430 stainless steel, providing long-lasting strength. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient prep area. The open base design allows for easy access and storage, supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 1.5kW at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 6.3 amps, this unit is designed for efficient operation.
