Description
The Eagle Group HT3CB-LP Spec-Master® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with a robust liquid propane system. This 48"W unit features three 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The adjustable gas valve and pilot light per burner enhance safety and usability. Constructed with a durable 22/430 stainless steel top and a 20/430 stainless steel body, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area, while the stainless steel enclosed base offers additional storage. The 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles facilitate easy access to contents. The unit stands on 7-1/2"H x 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. A gas regulator is included, and the unit operates at 10,500 BTU, meeting NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
