Measuring 48"W, it features three 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The adjustable gas valve and pilot light per burner enhance safety and convenience. Constructed with a durable 22/430 stainless steel top and a robust 20/430 stainless steel body, this hot food table is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample prep space, while the stainless steel enclosed base ensures stability and cleanliness. The unit includes 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles for easy access, and its 7-1/2"H x 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs come with adjustable plastic bullet feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 10,500 BTU, this hot food table is NSF and cULus certified, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
