The Eagle Group HT4OB-NG Spec-Master® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with a natural gas operation. Measuring 63-1/2"W, it features four 12" x 20" dry wells, each equipped with individual controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for each burner, ensuring optimal performance. Constructed with a durable 22/430 stainless steel top and a robust 20/430 stainless steel body, this hot food table is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added convenience. The stainless steel enclosed base provides an open shelf for additional storage, while the 7-1/2"H x 1-5/8" dia. stainless steel tubular legs offer stability and support. Adjustable plastic bullet feet allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. The unit operates at 14,000 BTU and includes a gas regulator, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment. NSF and cULus certified, this hot food table meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
