The Eagle Group PHT2CB-208-3 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. It features a spacious 35-3/4" width with two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, each equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, both the top and body ensure longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base provides additional stability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles offer convenient access to stored items. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. The full perimeter bumper protects the unit and surrounding areas from damage. Supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs, this hot food table is built to withstand the demands of any food service environment. Operating at 1.5kW with a 208v/60/3-ph power supply, it draws 6.3 amps and comes with a NEMA 15-20P cord.
