Description
The Eagle Group PHT3OB-208 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 50-3/4"W, it features three 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The recessed control panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation.
Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, both the top and body ensure longevity and ease of cleaning. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area. The open base design allows for easy access, while the push bar and full perimeter bumper enhance mobility and safety.
Stability is provided by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs, complemented by four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. With a power output of 2.25kW at 208v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 10.8 amps, this unit is efficient and reliable.
