The Eagle Group SHT2-120-X is a versatile electric hot food serving counter designed for efficient food service. Measuring 33"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, it features a sealed well design suitable for both wet and dry operation. The unit includes two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. It is designed with two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for easy maintenance. The removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf offer convenient storage solutions. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
