It operates in both wet and dry modes, accommodating various food service needs. Equipped with two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each well has individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for effective drainage. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board enhances food preparation capabilities, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf provide ample storage space. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure a sleek appearance and easy cleaning. The sturdy 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs and adjustable bullet feet offer stability on uneven surfaces.
