It includes four 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management.
The unit is constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. A drain manifold with valve simplifies cleanup, while the removable poly cutting board provides added convenience for food preparation.
