The Eagle Group SHT5-LP is a high-performance hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. This liquid propane unit features an open base design and measures 79"W, equipped with five 12" x 20" dry wells for optimal food storage and service. Each well includes burner controls housed in a recessed panel, along with an adjustable gas valve and pilot light for precise temperature management.
Constructed from 22/430 stainless steel, both the top and body ensure longevity and easy maintenance. An 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area, while the stainless steel undershelf offers additional storage. The unit stands on sturdy 1-5/8" diameter tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on various surfaces.
With a powerful output of 17,500 BTU, this hot food table is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. A gas regulator is included for seamless installation. For optimal performance, it must be used with Eagle Group Spillage Pans #302027 or #304141.
