Description
The Eagle Group SPHT2-208-3 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for versatility and efficiency. Measuring 35-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features an open base for easy access and mobility. This unit operates in both wet and dry modes, equipped with two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. It includes two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for hassle-free maintenance. The removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf enhance storage options. The push bar attached to the end panel facilitates easy maneuvering. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs and 4" diameter swivel casters for stability and mobility. Operating at 208v/60/3-ph with a power consumption of 6.0 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 15-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
