Description
The Eagle Group SPHT3-208 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for versatility and efficiency. Measuring 50-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features a robust open base for easy access. This unit includes three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, allowing for wet or dry operation, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The design incorporates three 3/4" drains with a drain manifold and valve for hassle-free maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board enhances food preparation capabilities, while a stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf provide ample storage. The push bar attached to the end panel ensures easy maneuverability. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body are not only durable but also easy to clean. The unit stands on 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs and is equipped with 4" diameter swivel casters for mobility. With a power output of 2142 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and 10.3 amps, it features a NEMA 6-15P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
