Description
The Eagle Group SPHT5-208-3 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for versatility and efficiency. Measuring 81-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, it features an open base for easy access and mobility. This unit includes five 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The design supports both wet and dry operation, ensuring optimal food preservation. Each well is fitted with a 3/4" drain and a drain manifold with a valve for hassle-free maintenance. The counter comes with a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board, a stainless steel dish shelf, and an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for added convenience and storage. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body are durable and easy to clean. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs and features 4" diameter swivel casters for easy maneuverability. With a power output of 3570 watts at 208v/60/3-ph and 11.9 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 15-20P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
