Description
The Eurodib USA SAP200 is a high-performance electric countertop hotplate designed for professional cooking. Featuring the innovative Spidocook™ Professional Contact Cooking System, it offers manual control with a temperature range of up to 752ºF (400ºC). The SHB™ Plus technology combines contact and infrared heating for efficient cooking results.
The cooking surface consists of a durable black glass ceramic plate measuring 15-3/5"L x 25-7/10"W, providing ample space for various dishes. A removable tray simplifies cleanup, while the ON/OFF button and indicator light enhance usability. The shock-resistant, non-stick, and non-porous surface ensures safe and easy cooking, and the non-slip feet provide stability during operation.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, the SAP200 is built to withstand the rigors of a professional kitchen. With a power output of 2.7kW and operating at 240v/60/1-ph with 11.3 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 6-15P plug and meets cMETus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
