The Everest Refrigeration EOTP3 is a high-capacity refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This mega-top sandwich and salad unit features a spacious three-section design with a width of 71-1/8 inches and a total capacity of 19.0 cu. ft.
Equipped with self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration, it ensures optimal cooling performance. The stainless steel top includes openings for up to 30 1/6 size pans, allowing for easy access to ingredients. It comes with two removable 1/2" thick insulated lids to maintain temperature and freshness.
The unit features three solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, along with three epoxy-coated wire shelves that are height adjustable for versatile storage options. Digital controls with an LED display provide precise temperature management, while the auto defrost function simplifies maintenance.
Designed for front air breathing, the EOTP3 boasts a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom for added strength. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability. It operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 3.0 amps. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
