The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2-D4 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 47-1/2"W design with a generous 13.0 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. It is equipped with self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling.
The stainless steel top includes an opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated lid to maintain optimal temperature. The unit boasts four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for easy access to ingredients, along with a 12-1/4" removable cutting board for convenient food prep.
Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The front air-breathing design enhances airflow, and the stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust construction.
