The Everest Refrigeration EPPR1-D2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed specifically for pizza preparation. This one-section unit features a spacious 35-5/8"W design with a 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for your ingredients. It is equipped with self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (4) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperatures. Two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide easy access to your supplies, while a 19-1/4" removable cutting board offers a convenient workspace. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The interior is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning, while the stainless steel front, top, and sides provide a sleek appearance. The galvanized steel bottom and rear enhance the unit's robustness. Stability is ensured with (2) leg stabilizers and (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for secure placement. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 2.5 amps.
