Equipped with self-contained side-mounted refrigeration, it ensures optimal cooling for your ingredients. The stainless steel top features an opening for (9) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature. The four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide ample storage for toppings and supplies, while the 19-1/4" removable cutting board offers a convenient prep area.
Digital controls with an LED display allow for easy temperature adjustments, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The interior, front, top, and sides are constructed from durable stainless steel, while the galvanized steel bottom and rear enhance longevity. Stability is ensured with (2) leg stabilizers and (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for secure placement.
Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.5 amp draw. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards. Please note that drawer pans are not included.
