The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3-D2 is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section unit measures 93-1/8"W and offers a generous 30.0 cu. ft. capacity, featuring self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for optimal cooling.
The stainless steel top includes an opening for (12) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated lid to maintain temperature. It is equipped with two solid hinged self-closing doors and two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for easy access to ingredients. A 19-1/4" removable cutting board provides ample workspace, while four epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips ensure organized storage.
Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The interior, front, top, and sides are constructed from durable stainless steel, while the galvanized steel bottom and rear enhance longevity. Stability is provided by three leg stabilizers and six 5" swivel casters, three of which are locking for secure placement.
Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.5 amp draw. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards. (Drawer pans not included.)
