The Everest Refrigeration EPPR3-D4 is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit measures 93-1/8"W and offers a spacious 30.0 cu. ft. capacity, featuring self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for optimal cooling.
The stainless steel top includes an opening for (12) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated lid to maintain temperature. It features one solid hinged self-closing door and four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for ample storage. A 19-1/4" removable cutting board provides a convenient prep area, while two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips offer flexible storage options.
Digital controls with an LED display ensure easy temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The interior is constructed from stainless steel, with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and a galvanized steel bottom and rear for durability. Stability is enhanced with three leg stabilizers and six 5" swivel casters, three of which are locking for secure placement.
