The Everest Refrigeration EPR2-24 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 47-1/2"W and a 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features a stainless steel top that accommodates (12) 1/9 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit includes a 1/2" thick insulated top lid and two solid hinged self-closing doors with a snap-in magnetic door gasket for energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find four epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves and a removable 12-1/4"D cutting board for versatile food prep. The digital controls with LED display allow for precise temperature management within a range of +33°F to +54°F. Additional features include auto defrost, LED interior lighting, and an overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and front, top, and sides, along with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, this unit is built for durability. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering 1,557 BTU/hr with a 1/4+ HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 3.48 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. The unit is NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability.
