The Everest Refrigeration EPWR2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 59-1/8"W and a 17.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (16) 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated lid to maintain optimal temperatures.
This unit is equipped with two solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, and four height-adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves for versatile storage options. A 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides ample workspace, while digital controls with an LED display ensure precise temperature management.
Additional features include auto defrost, LED interior lighting for visibility, and a durable stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, with a galvanized steel bottom and rear for added strength. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking. The EPWR2 operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 3.5 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and performance.
