With a user-friendly push-button interface, it operates on dual-phase 208-240 voltage, utilizing two 3.0kW heaters for a total of 6.0 kW and 25.5 amps, delivering up to 15.9 gallons of coffee per hour. Alternatively, in three-phase mode, it employs three 3.0kW heaters, providing 9.0 kW and 22.2 amps, with a capacity of 23.9 gallons per hour.
The CBS-1261 is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use with the FETCO TPD-30 (D012), sold separately.
