The Frymaster FPEL314CA is an advanced electric fryer battery designed for high-volume frying. Featuring three 30 lb. frypots, this unit incorporates built-in filtration for enhanced oil life and quality. The SMART4U® 3000 controller streamlines operation with intuitive controls, while the auto top-off feature ensures consistent oil levels for optimal frying performance. Its oil-conserving, open-pot design allows for easy access and cleaning. The fryer comes equipped with a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, twin baskets, and a filter starter kit, making it a complete solution for efficient frying. The 8 GPM pump facilitates quick oil circulation, and the stainless steel construction of the frypot, door, and cabinet sides ensures durability and easy maintenance.
