It can hold either 16 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 32 pans measuring 14" x 18". The cabinet is equipped with one insulated door for enhanced temperature retention. Constructed from durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance.
