The FWE ETC-UA-5INS is an enclosed transport cabinet designed for efficient food storage and transport. This under-counter, non-heated cabinet features insulation to maintain food quality. It includes five removable and adjustable universal tray slides spaced 4-1/2 inches on center, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" bun pans or ten 12" x 20" food pans. The cabinet is constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. A single insulated door with a recessed hand grip provides convenient access while maintaining temperature integrity. The unit is UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
