The FWE LCH-5-MT is a mobile moisture-controlled low-temperature cook and hold cabinet designed for optimal food preparation and storage. It features three pairs of tray slides, accommodating either three 18" x 26" trays or six 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet utilizes a heating system with low air circulation and adjustable moisture control, ensuring food retains its quality and flavor.
Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the LCH-5-MT offers eight programmable presets and can reach cooking temperatures of up to 350°F. Its insulated construction, combined with a flush-mounted door and temperature probe, enhances energy efficiency and temperature accuracy. The auto water-fill system simplifies moisture management, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy cleaning.
