The FWE LCH-5S-6-MT is a moisture-controlled low-temperature cook and hold cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food preparation. This double-stack, mobile unit features seven pairs of tray slides, accommodating either seven 18" x 26" trays or fourteen 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" on center in 1-1/2" increments.
The cabinet utilizes a heating system that minimizes air circulation while allowing for adjustable moisture control, ensuring optimal cooking conditions. The intuitive touchscreen controls offer eight program presets and allow cooking temperatures up to 350°F.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency.
