Description
The FWE LCH-8 Cook-Hold Mobile Cabinet is designed for efficient food preparation and holding. This half-size cabinet features a low air circulation heating system, ensuring even temperature distribution while maintaining food quality. With standard thermostatic controls, it operates within a temperature range of up to 350°F and includes a temperature probe for precise monitoring. The cabinet has a capacity for six 18" x 26" sheet pans and can hold up to 100 lbs. Its durable construction includes a solid stainless steel door and both stainless steel interior and exterior for easy cleaning and long-lasting performance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The FWE LCH-8 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
