The FWE MT-1826-15 is a mobile heated holding and humidified cabinet designed for optimal food preservation. This full-height, insulated unit features ten adjustable tray slides spaced 4-1/2" apart, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" pans. The cabinet includes a field-reversible door with a magnetic workflow handle for easy access.
Equipped with a moisture-temperature system, it offers individual electronic controls for precise temperature and humidity management. An optional range thermometer is available for enhanced monitoring. The removable water reservoir simplifies maintenance, while the built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug ensures cleanliness.
The stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. For mobility, the cabinet is fitted with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stability. Certified by NSF, cULus, and rated IPX4, this cabinet meets high standards for safety and performance.
