The FWE MT-1826-7-7 is a mobile heated holding and humidified cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This full-height, split cavity unit features five pairs of adjustable tray slides spaced 4-1/2" on center in each compartment, accommodating either five 18" x 26" pans or five 12" x 20" pans.
Equipped with two field-reversible doors and magnetic workflow door handles, this cabinet ensures easy access and efficient operation. The moisture-temperature system allows for precise control, with individual electronic controls for both temperature and moisture levels. An optional range thermometer is available for enhanced monitoring.
The removable water reservoir and built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug facilitate easy maintenance. Each side of the unit includes a recessed hand grip for convenient mobility.
