The FWE MTU-7 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. It features seven pair universal tray slides, accommodating either seven 18" x 26" trays or fourteen 12" x 20" pans with 4-1/2" spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is insulated and equipped with a moisture-temperature system for maintaining ideal food conditions. Electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while a removable water reservoir adds convenience. The flush-mounted door provides easy access, and the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes. The FWE MTU-7 meets NSF, cULus, and IPX4 standards for safety and performance.
