The FWE PHTT-12-CV is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. It features Clymate IQ® technology with controlled venting to maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels. The cabinet accommodates up to 12 pairs of universal tray slides, allowing for a capacity of either 12 trays measuring 18" x 26" or 24 trays measuring 12" x 20", with adjustable spacing of 4-1/2" on center in 1-1/2" increments.
Equipped with a humidified holding system, this cabinet ensures food stays moist and fresh. Individual heat and humidity controls provide precise management of conditions inside the cabinet. The insulated design and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance.
Access is convenient with two Dutch doors and recessed hand grips, while the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The cabinet is mobile, featuring 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for stability and maneuverability. It meets cULus and UL EPH classifications and has an IPX4 rating for water resistance.
