The FWE PHTT-12P is a mobile, pass-thru heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. It features the Clymate IQ® system, ensuring precise temperature and humidity control for maintaining food quality. The cabinet accommodates up to 12 pairs of universal tray slides, with a capacity for either twelve 18" x 26" trays or twenty-four 12" x 20" trays, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options.
Equipped with a humidified holding system, the FWE PHTT-12P keeps food moist and ready to serve. Its insulated construction and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance. The cabinet includes four Dutch doors for convenient access, recessed hand grips for easy mobility, and a durable stainless steel interior and exterior for long-lasting performance.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two rigid and two swivel casters featuring brakes for stability. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
