The FWE PHTT-1DR-6SL is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and humidity control. Featuring the innovative Clymate IQ® technology, this unit includes a single drawer with a magnetic workflow handle, accommodating one full-size 12"x 20" pan up to 6” deep.
Temperature can be precisely controlled within a range of 90°F to 200°F, displayed digitally for easy monitoring. Additionally, the moisture control system allows for relative humidity adjustments from 0% to 90%, also with a digital display. The unit is equipped with low water and temperature alarms to ensure food safety.
