The FWE PHTT-4S-6 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. This double stack unit features ten pair universal tray slides, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" trays or twenty 12" x 20" trays with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The humidified holding system ensures food retains its moisture, while individual heat and humidity controls allow for precise adjustments. Constructed with insulated stainless steel for durability, the cabinet includes a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. The two flush-mounted doors and recessed hand grips provide convenient access, and the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enable easy mobility. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for added safety and reliability.
