The FWE PST-16-16 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. Featuring two flush-mounted doors and a double compartment split cavity, this cabinet ensures efficient organization and accessibility. The top-mounted circulating heat system provides consistent temperature control, while mechanical temperature controls allow for precise adjustments.
Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, the cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It includes stainless steel fixed pan slides spaced 2-5/8" on center, accommodating up to 32 GN 1/1 pans or 16 each side of 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans. Solid formed push bars and a full bumper enhance mobility and protection.
Equipped with 5" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—this cabinet is easy to maneuver. It meets UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any kitchen environment.
