FWE RH-18-MT

The FWE RH-18-MT is a versatile electric rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for efficient food service operations. It accommodates up to 18 trays measuring 18" x 26" or 36 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", with adjustable spacing of 3" on center, allowing for customization in food placement. The cabinet features adjustable moisture control to maintain optimal food quality and touchscreen controls for easy operation. With eight programmable presets, users can quickly set desired heating and holding temperatures, reaching up to 350°F for rethermalization and 190°F for holding. Its insulated stainless steel construction ensures durability and energy efficiency. The cabinet is equipped with two dutch doors for easy access and mobility, supported by 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for stability. The FWE RH-18-MT is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
