The FWE RH-RB-26-HO is a high-output rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for roll-in racks. This electric unit features dual-cycle operation and standard controls, allowing for precise temperature management up to 350°F. It is equipped with two dutch doors for easy access and accommodates either one RRB-26 or one RR-1220-22 rack (sold separately). Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. It stands on 6" legs for stability and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting rigorous safety and performance standards.
