The FWE RH-RB-26 is a versatile rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for roll-in racks. This electric unit features dual-cycle operation and standard controls, allowing for precise temperature management up to 350°F. It is equipped with two dutch doors for easy access and accommodates either one RRB-26 or one RR-1220-22 rack (sold separately). Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It stands on 6" legs for stability and ease of cleaning.
